Amplity Challenge

Amplity needed to double workstation capacity from 100+ to 200+ to accommodate the relocation of additional teams. The existing AIS Divi cubicle was only 2 yrs old, barely used, and not fully depreciated. Other furniture vendors offered to remove all existing cubicles, sell them as used, and purchase new 200+ systems furniture for increased capacity—deemed the project non-feasible from a budgetary standpoint.

Horgan’s Solution

Horgan’s ability to understand the construction and the mechanics of the AIS Divi system and its components allowed us to think outside the box related to the construction of the cubicles. We create an innovative design to reconfigure typical connection methods of panels to allow for 100% reuse of the existing furniture.

Collaborative Results

Maximized layout, doubled workstation capacity, and achieved a solution at 15% of the initial furniture budget provided by outside vendors.
