We executed a full interior renovation—including ceiling tile replacement, modern pendant lighting installation, carpet tile flooring, and complete painting and finish upgrades. By anticipating challenges and managing every detail, from coordinating subcontractors to ensuring quality control, the project was delivered on time and with zero punch list carryover.
- Furniture Procurement & Installation: The client’s existing furniture systems, though fully built and never used at another site, required complete disassembly and reconfiguration to fit the new floor plan. Our team carefully mapped layouts, verified dimensions, and meticulously reassembled each workstation, creating an open and cohesive design. We ensure infrastructure and furniture decisions were aligned with the project goals. The result was an open, cohesive office design that maximized natural light, improved visibility between teams, and promoted a more collaborative atmosphere.
- Facility Maintenance & Repairs: During ceiling tile replacement, our team proactively identified and repaired damaged roof insulation. This solution not only improved the building’s energy efficiency and thermal comfort but also prevented future maintenance issues.
