- Construction Services: Horgan executed a six-phase, 12-month renovation plan designed to minimize disruptions. Collaborating closely with the client’s operations and security teams, the project maintained continuous manufacturing operations throughout its duration.
- Furniture Design & Implementation: Horgan also led the design and implementation of customized furniture solutions for the engineering and IT departments, delivering ergonomic and functional setups tailored to the client’s needs.
